Conditions of participation in competitions

§ 1 Organizer
(1) The organizer of the competition is the Bach Archive Leipzig, represented by the managing director Friederike Hofmeister.
§ 2 Competition
(1) The organizer organizes a competition. To this end, one or more prices are provided and will be made available in accordance with the following rules to the winners.
(2) Participation does not require the purchase of goods or services.
§ 3 Participation
(1) The participant takes part in the competition by following the conditions of participation published on the Instagram or Facebook profile or in the Bach Archive newsletter. The contact details will be used solely for the purpose of participating in the competition and will be deleted after the competition has been carried out. In the case of a video being submitted a part of the competition, participants in the competition agree to the clip being published on the Facebook and Instagram channels of the Bach Archive Leipzig with the author’s name being mentioned.
(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge. To participate, no paid services have to be used.
(3) The requirements for participation must be fulfilled during the mentioned time period of the competition and be transmitted to the organizer in the way described. Participation with any other means than the one offered for participation is excluded and will not be considered. Applications submitted to late for participation will not be considered.
(4) Participation by minors with limited legal competence is only possible for those aged 14 years or older and only with the consent of their legal representatives.
(5) The competition is not affiliated with Facebook and/or Instagram and is not in any way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and/or Instagram.
(6) Legal recourse is excluded.
